DATA_QUALIFIER_OTHER	Other (unspecified but known).
DATA_QUALIFIER_AVAILABLE	Data is available.
DATA_QUALIFIER_AVAILABLE_REDUCED	Reduced data is available.

DATA_QUALIFIER_BLINDNESS	Sensor is blind.
